Agilent’s WireScope 350, a handheld network installation and testing device, required extensive training time. The company wanted to reduce customer support calls and training time.

the success:
SkyWorld created a CD-based, multimedia training application using Flash animation and voiceovers. The training tool was so easy to use it became a selling point in its own right. The number of customer service requests plummeted.
